The Master and living space is on 2nd level. The first floor has 2 rooms, plus laundry/mud room and full bath. We have beautifully remodeled the downstairs -it has 1 queen bed and the second room is gym/yoga space . The second room does have a murphy bed or can be a Pilates studio with mats, EXO chair, rebounder and light weights. The second floor living is a light-filled space to retreat, cook, read and relax. The quiet family-friendly neighborhood will make you feel like you arrived home. One small dog allowed by request. Breed restrictions apply. Sorry, no cats or other animals allowed. The heated floors in lower level and clay walls make it both a healthy and private space for a second couple to enjoy. Please be mindful this is a quiet neighborhood of mostly year-round residents. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. No garage access. Other things to note All pets must be pre-qualified, please let us know who your furry friend is in reservation request. No cats- we have allergies. Home is equipped with a professionally installed radon mitigation system for enhanced indoor air quality and peace of mind.
