Located a block away from Cedar Creek and waterfall next to Highland Bridge Park. Less than a 10-minute walk to Washington Ave, this newly remodeled large upper-floor unit with private balcony will be your ideal stay - including for all of the fabulous festivals! The space A very spacious one bedroom one bathroom. Very large kitchen and bedroom. Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Modern touches with vibrant colors to keep you feeling comfortable yet energized. In an overly large closet we have added a day bed so an extra guest can have privacy! There is also a full Japanese floor futon with bedding available in the space to accommodate 2 more guests (4 total). . There is a gazebo with a propane tabletop fire pit, this is available for this unit and the one below, so it is the only shared space if you would like! Guest access There is a private entrance for this upper unit with no shared spaces. Guests codes for the lock will be sent to the guests prior to check in.
