The space This house provides 2 levels and a backyard for up to 17 persons enjoyment (garage and basement will not be accessible during your stay but could be, see details below). The rooms offer a variety of queen beds and shared (2 beds in one room) full/queen beds. There is a room perfect for all the kiddies, offering 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4). There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed on the first floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Full in-suite bathrooms are offered throughout the house. This house also offers two newly remodeled spaces to accommodate an additional 10 persons for an additional fee. One expanded space includes the entire basement apartment that sleeps 6 people and includes a large television, kitchenette, dining table, queen sized sofa couch, 2 queen sized beds, a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. The other newly remodeled space sleeps 4 people and features a large entertainment television and sofa couches. These newly remodeled spaces are available and could sleep between 18-27 people but priced separately depending on your group’s need; whether a small family prefers their own space and/or the kiddos/teens/adults prefer a spacious room for entertaining. Guest access The entire house with the exception of the basement and the garage but they could be available for a separate fee. Just ask! Other things to note We appreciate small family gathering and milestone celebrations; however, it must be pre-approved as we enforce a strict no parties rule. If there are complaints of excessive noise, uncontrolled crowd, or it is perceived that you are having a party or any type of unauthorized celebration, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund.
