The Scuderia is a 17th-century farmhouse with a swimming pool in Arezzo, renovated while preserving the authentic Tuscan style, and transformed into an accommodation facility, ideal for a stay full of tranquility and contact with nature. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the park, entirely fenced and embellished with a large swimming pool with panoramic views, in an ideal setting to spend pleasant moments of rest and outdoor conviviality. The space The Scuderia has the luxury of having only 5 apartments and this allows you to stay in a context of tranquility and intimacy. The apartment has a separate entrance, it consists of two bedrooms on the first floor (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and on the ground floor a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a living room and a kitchen complete with a kitchenette with utensils and dishes, and a dining table. The apartment is bright and comfortable, overlooking the park, the headboards of the beds are handmade wood, the furnishings are reinvented from wooden logs and terracotta tiles, it is equipped with air conditioning, independent climate, TV, free Wi-Fi connection. The large outdoor swimming pool of La Scuderia enjoys a panoramic view of the countryside, is equipped with parasols and sunbeds, ideal for swimming and spending moments of rest. The park is fully fenced and embellished with shady gazebos with outdoor tables and barbecues. At a distance of one kilometer you can find everything you need during your stay: shops, restaurants, bars, basic necessities. The historic center of Arezzo and the A1 highway can be reached in a few minutes by car. There are many experiences in the surroundings of La Scuderia, including sports, nature, excursions, art and culture, and we will be available for directions, advice and ideas to make your holiday in Tuscany unforgettable. Guest access - Pets are not allowed. - The kitchen is complete with a kitchenette with utensils and dishes, and a dining table. Cleaning supplies. You must leave the kitchen clean and tidy. For hygienic reasons, dishes and utensils must be washed and stored after use. - Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided upon arrival. During the overnight stay, it is possible to book the cleaning and linen change service, upon request at an additional cost. - Pool towels are not provided. Other things to note - The rate includes water, electricity and heating consumption, final cleaning service, Wi-Fi internet connection, private parking and use of the swimming pool (from June 1 to September 10). - Arrival at the property is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. We do NOT have a night porter, we will give you the keys to be able to access the property independently.
