The space We welcome you to The Magnolia, a heavenly home away from home. You will instantly feel at peace as you enter this private oasis, which is tucked away with views overlooking a glorious magnolia tree, that takes centre stage in our home. The open living, dining and kitchen space is spacious and thoughtfully arranged for a peaceful and cosy stay. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher and basic cooking utensils, appliances and pantry items to ensure an easy and convenient stay. Chill with Netflix or Chromecast a show. There are kids toys, books and board games for all ages. It is a family friendly home with a porta cot, high chair and baby change basket available upon request. The main bedroom has a King size bed with an attached ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and overlooks the leafy courtyard. The sofa bed, located in the living room, is a spacious and comfortable double bed that provides additional sleeping space for two people. Both standard beds have premium 'Ecosa' and 'Emma' foam mattresses and all bedding is quality 'Canningvale' linen. A full size wardrobe is available and a generous clothes rack. The main bathroom has a deep soak tub to relax at the end of the day. A workstation is available in the main bedroom with a wireless charging lamp. The laundry has a washing machine and drying racks for your convenience. The courtyard is a peaceful space to enjoy a cup of coffee or evening drink. Free parking is available on the street. Guest access The home is tucked at the back of a two unit block, which offers alot of privacy. Please note that the driveway is not accessible to vehicles or for parking. There is plenty of FREE street parking available. Some cabinets inside the home are locked for the host's private use. Other things to note Security cameras are located at the front and back for personal safety.
