The space Just a short distance to the beach access, making it easy to take a cup of coffee to watch the morning sunrise and the dolphins frolic. Also a short walk to the entrance to the 2,700-acre First State Landing Park located on 64th Street (less than a mile from the house) where you can walk, bike ride and fish. ARE is also nearby, you can't ask for a better location! With year round residents, this area of the beach functions at about the same pace throughout the year whereas the South End surges with crowds in the summer. When you want that downtown resort action, it is an easy bike or car ride away to the boardwalk and entertainment. The feeder roads lead to "The Strip" and its famed 1888 three-mile Boardwalk for cyclists, runners, and pedestrians. The house is on a duplex lot which is spacious for Virginia Beach standards! Room for frisbee or bocce ball (provided!) in the roomy back yard. Guest access All yours! Detached house and large yard with outdoor seating in a quiet year-round neighborhood on a cul de sac. You can enjoy your privacy and not have to share walls or your yard with others! Fully fenced front yard - new picket fence not shown yet in photos. Other things to note Renters must be 26+.
