With a triple exposure, this old house is bathed in sunshine, has been completely renovated while retaining the ancestral soul of the place. All materials and furniture have been chosen from the finest brands of contemporary Italian high-end to ensure a very high level of comfort. The kitchen is at the heart of the house and has a fully equipped marble island that invites you to cook fresh products purchased at the market which is a few meters away. Light pours in through the large windows with balconies. The master bedroom is characterized by its vaulted ceiling where the old frescoes have been partially recovered, the central king-size bed with high-end bedding and linen, a bathtub, a dressing room and a private bathroom with large spacious shower, a large high-end sink. A second small bedroom can accommodate two additional people. Featuring a double bed, sink and separate toilet, this 10 square meter room is more suitable for children than for friends. Equipped with Wi-Fi, you won't find a TV here, and the double glazing in all rooms will ensure a quiet and peaceful place to rest and enjoy Sicilian life. Guest access The apartment on the first floor is for the exclusive use of our guests. For maximum comfort, we have provided double glazed windows with an efficient air conditioning system. Other things to note No TV. We ask guests to take care of the equipment, to be careful and to report any problems to the property manager.
