Ex Magazzini is located in the heart of Cagliari and its balconies overlook one of the most famous streets of the city" Via Manno", also considered the main shopping street of the city. Thanks to a careful renovation of the building, the historical architectural elements have been preserved and enhanced. Everything is rounded off by the choice of exclusive finishes. From here, you can easily stroll around the four historic neighborhoods of the city: Marina, Castello Villanova and Stampace. The space Blueberry has two balconies overlooking the pedestrian street of Via Manno. The loft has wifi, A/C, smart TV, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a small courtesy kit. Guest access # We will give you all the useful information for your self check in and we'll be at your complete disposal for any information, need or emergency, via Airbnb or our personal contacts. Other things to note *We would like to advice our guests that the property has no reception, so we need our guests to get in touch with us before their arrival to have the useful information for self check in. *Also, from the 1st of July 2021 the municipality of Cagliari introduced the city tax. Every guest who spends the night in an accommodation is required to pay to the owner/manager of the property, euro 1,50 per person per night by cash. For this reason we want to inform you that before your arrival your accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized according to the WHO indications, paying particular attention to all the surfaces that are touched most frequently. Linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and it is sanitized. Remember that there is no intermediate cleaning during your stay. * The property has no reception, so it is necessary to arrange the check-in time in advance, stating your flight number. * You will self check in starting from 4 pm. *Day use (upon request and availability): € 75. * For any urgency or need, we will do our best to intervene as soon as possible but consider that none of us lives next to the apartment. * In case of loss of the key pack a sum of € 50.00 will be deducted from your security deposit. * We collaborate with an excellent NCC service that guarantees the same rates as taxi companies, with the difference that the driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. You can pay the service at the end of the ride directly to the driver. The price is 27,50€ (1-3 ppl) and 35€ (4-8 ppl). Please consider that transfers from 21.30 pm till 7am have a different price.
