Entire Lower Level of our Home

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located within walking distance of restaurants and a coffee shop. This location is only a few blocks from North Dakota State College of Science. You will have access to the entire lower level, including a full bath, laundry facilities, television with multiple streaming services, books and games galore! This is our home so you may hear us upstairs. we try to keep the noise to a minimum when we have guests. The space Our home is split level, so you will have access to the entire lower level. Come in on 9th Street head and down the stairs for your home away from home. We will not use this entrance during your stay. If you have any issues during your stay please let us know and we will try to correct them immediately. Guest access You will have access to the lower level of our home. Three bedrooms, one with a king bed and two with queen beds, an entertainment area, laundry facilities, and a full bath with walk in shower. Other things to note The basement is a little cool year round, as basements are, but we have a mini split and extra bedding if you get chilly. 😀 We do welcome pets, but we ask that you include them in your reservation.
