Welcome to your recently renovated Atlanta home, a spacious retreat for your entire family! With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and a game room, there's plenty of room to relax and unwind. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, and basic cooking supplies to get you started. The space Parking is simple and convenient. The private driveway has space for 2-3 cars, and there is plenty of additional free parking available on the street. IMPORTANT Renter Agreement: All guests are required to sign a Renter Agreement before check-in. Access to the property cannot be granted until this is complete. Security Cameras: For your safety, security cameras are located at the front door (pointing to the front yard and driveway) and on the right side of the house (pointing to the yard and side gate). These cameras record when motion is detected. Guest access You'll have the entire home to yourself. Enjoy convenient self-check-in with a smart lock. Your unique access code will be provided the day of your arrival, after the required Renter Agreement has been signed. Other things to note GATHERINGS/EVENTS Small gatherings or events require prior written approval from the host. A refundable security deposit may be required for any approved event. ALL approved guidelines must be adhered to for the deposit to be refunded.
