One parking slot is available for Tuki Nest guests. Other cars can park up the road by the garden staircase. We have a neighbor who is very sensitive about guests parking in front of his side of the house. >>Our TUKI NEST is a 1 bedroom unit. Upon entering the house, you will find yourself in a spacious living room, which is connected to the dining area and kitchen. The BEDROOM and living room are both equipped with split type AC units. From September to February, the weather is cool enough to open the windows and enjoy the fresh air - we usually sleep with just the ceiling fans and no ACs. The BEDROOM is spacious, with a study and dresser area taking up half of the room. The BATHROOM is small, but two good friends can use it at the same time, as there is a shower curtain that separates the shower area from the rest of the bathroom. The KITCHEN is small but functional. There's a proper stove and oven for cooking, a selection of pots and pans, and our cast iron collection. There is a toaster, rice cooker, and other electric appliances on the counter. There's a kettle and French press for your morning coffee. Subic Water is POTABLE, and we also have a chlorine filter installed in the sink for drinking water. >> Our UMI NEST is a 1 bedroom unit. Upon entering the unit, you will find yourself in the kitchen area, which is connected to the dining area - where the TV is located. The kitchen area is equipped with a ceiling fan. The AIR-CONDITIONED bedroom is separated from the living room by a sliding door. Curtains can be closed for privacy. A ceiling fan is also available on the bedroom side for those who like fresh air. The BATHROOM is spacious, and two good friends can use it at the same time, as there is a transparent glass partition that separates the shower area from the rest of the bathroom. The KITCHEN is small but functional. There's an electric stove for cooking, and a couple of pots and pans. There is a toaster, rice cooker, and other electric appliances in the cabinet. There's a kettle and FRENCH PRESS for your morning coffee. The BACK PATIO is fenced in so your fur babies can run off leash while you enjoy the outdoor BATHTUB. >> Our EIWA NEST is a 1 bedroom unit. Upon entering the unit, you will find yourself in the kitchen area, which is connected to the dining area - where the TV is located. The kitchen side is equipped with ceiling fan. The air-conditioned BEDROOM is separated from the living room by a sliding door. Curtains can be closed for privacy. A ceiling fan is also available on the bedroom side for those who like fresh air. The BATHROOM is small, but two good friends can use it at the same time, as there is a transparent glass partition that separates the shower area from the rest of the space. The KITCHEN may be compact, but it’s fully equipped with an electric stove, pots, pans, and essential appliances like a toaster and rice cooker stored in the cabinet. A kettle and FRENCH PRESS are on hand for your morning coffee rituals. Small yet practical! The BEDROOM opens to the back patio, where the BATHTUB is located, along with outdoor seating, and a hammock when the weather is good. The PATIO is fenced in, so your dogs can play off leash while you cook some barbecue! >> MANGO NEST is a simple AC cooled nipa hut: a roof over your head, and windows to let the light in. A place to hang a towel, and a couple of side tables. Two rattan seats can be placed in the garden if you want to bask in the sun. From the parking lot, you’ll enter through the hallway of our main house to get to the backyard, where MANGO NEST is located at the bottom of the hill. The Mango Nest BATHROOM is located in the main house, so guests will have to brave the weather and walk up the hill to access the bathroom. The bathroom itself is a small, but well thought out and unique space. A REFRIGERATOR, grill and utensils can be found in the main house hallway CABINET if you want to grill something up, and use our outdoor seating area when the weather is good. The village is quiet at night, and the garden has ample lighting. Mango Nest is located in the BACK GARDEN of our Tuki Nest. The garden is set lower than the road, so joggers and dog walkers can see into the garden. Guest access During your stay, you will have PRIVATE ACCESS to the bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, kitchens, garden, and porches of Tuki, Umi, Eiwa, and Mango Nests. Only the laundry room, electrical room, and storage areas are off-limits. Enjoy books, games, and NETFLIX, as well as fully equipped kitchens with SELF-SERVICE BREAKFAST ITEMS that includes SOURDOUGH bread, peanut butter with cacao, fresh fruit, eggs and our very own blend of premium local COFFEE. You can also purchase The Nest by the Sea's CHAMPORADO via our shop. :) The BATHROOMS have great water pressure, and all taps run hot and cold water. Sangley Nest offers POTABLE water, FIBER INTERNET (subject to occasional disruptions due to the woody area), and a favorite nap spot on the porch with a Brazilian HAMMOCK. The BACK PATIOS have barbecue grills, hammocks, and outdoor BATHTUBS for your enjoyment. The front HALLWAY is a shared access hallway for guests and staff. Our Sangley Nest is closest to ROYAL DUTY FREE, where we do most of our groceries. You will be pleased to find other restos, wine shops, quick bites, delis and a variety of STORES offering a great selection of goods from American hardware to winter wear. Or you can simply drive to our neighborhood convenience store, GOBSTOPPER just a minutes away. DISCOUNTS Our guests often regret not booking longer, so we've added in discounts for stays of 2 nights or more. The longer you stay, the bigger the discount. Treat yourself to that extra day! DAYTIME GUESTS We charge a daytime guest fee of P500 per guest. Please let us know if you will be entertaining guests in our Nest. CATS When the dogs are not around, there are some stray cats that hang around the property. NOISE The Tuki Nest floors are made of wood, with only a small space separating them from your ceiling, so you will most likely hear the guests or the dogs walking around up there sometimes. Our neighbors may get loud at night. No noise is allowed past 10pm. If that happens, please let us know, so we can alert the village security guards. REBOOKING In line with our firm cancellation policy, we do not allow rebooking less than 2 weeks before your stay. CLEANING AND SHEET CHANGES In our effort to reduce unnecessary use resources, cleaning and sheet changes are conducted every 3 days for longer stays. Should you want your sheets to be changed daily, this can be arranged for an extra cleaning fee. ACTIVITIES Subic has great activities for all types of groups and individuals.
