Full use of ranch-style home, deck, heated pool, and fenced-in yard and garden. Plenty of parking in the driveway or street. The detached garage and basement are used by staff and locked. Please request access as needed to the heated garage or basement with a laundry room for extended stays. The home manager is available with quick responses by phone call or text throughout your stay. Downtown, bike to the market, beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Plenty of parking in town and at the Dunes if you prefer to drive. Private driveway, and street parking. Park the car and take the bikes downtown, this home is centrally located 4 miles from the beach. It is not recommended that you walk to the beach. There is a designated bike route but much of the route is roadway, not sidewalks. The home is very dog-friendly, with hardwood floors, a dog door, and a fenced-in yard. Please always watch children and pets at all times when visiting the Pool House. There is some shade in the grassy yard and a hose for cooling down the deck. The sunny deck & pool are always warm and usually hot for pets.
