Enjoy the large sandy beach, have a bonfire in the fire pit, swim in the lakeside pool, relax in the hot tub, take a walk along the beach, and explore the neighboring provincial park. Restaurants and a grocery store (including liquor section within) are all very close. This is a great place for families, friend groups, or couples to relax, unwind, and enjoy Shuswap Lake! (***Important notes below) Guest access Guests will have private use of the unit, and will have access to the complex's communal beach, pool and hot tub (summer only), and parking lot. Other things to note **Occupancy - the strata has strict rules in regards to occupancy; please do not exceed the maximums in this listing. If we are notified that limits have been exceeded we will be fined by strata, and your security deposit will not be returned. The outdoor pool and hot tub are only operational during the summer months (typically it is from May long weekend until Labour day) If you are bringing your boat, there are buoys available to use on a first come first serve basis (we’ve never had an issue securing a spot). There is also a small dock for loading in and out of boats. Please note that the fourth bedroom is a loft on the third floor of the unit.
