By day, take in views of surrounding mountain ranges. The home features five bedrooms, an attached bunk room, a fully equipped kitchen, two family areas, a dining room, an office, and an upstairs room for a bedroom or play space. Outside, relax in the backyard gazebo with a fireplace perfect for the peaceful desert setting. The space We have a hot tub available for guest use. To offset heating and cleaning costs the fee is: Oct - March $80 fee April- September $50 fee Please reach out if you would like to use the hot tub, and the on site manager will unlock it the morning of your desired start day. A mandatory training call is necessary. If you decide to schedule use of the hot tub after your stay has started, please be aware that there can be a delay in setting up the hot tub if the manager isn’t available immediately. We permit gatherings at the gazebo with the following rules: -no music after 8pm -the gazebo closes at 10pm (please turn off lights) Clean up all food and trash left behind in the gazebo. Guests that leave the gazebo dirty will be subject to additional cleaning fee. Other things to note Please note that we may occasionally use the attached garage as an office workspace by management, typically between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The garage is fully insulated and separated from the home by an insulated fire-rated door located off the laundry room. We will not enter any guest areas during your stay. This setup is designed to minimize any noise or disruption and should not impact your privacy or enjoyment of your stay.
