Star gazing & porch swinging! Find peace & comfort nestled in the Finger Lakes of Upstate, New York. This beautiful country location is 9 miles from historical downtown Penn Yan & conveniently centered between Geneva & Watkins Glen. Seneca Lake boat ramp is only 2 minutes west. Wildlife (deer) & songbirds love the wooded surroundings just as much as I do. The kitchen is fully stocked, with an eating nook & a 6-place dining table that folds out. Get cozy by the fireplace and watch something on The space This quaint house sleeps up to a maximum of 6 adults, plus 2 children. Two rooms have queen beds and one room has a double/single bunkbed with a single trundel (singles are for children only). We are NOT wheelchair accessable, however, there are NO STAIRS inside the home. Each room has USB plugs, a luggage rack, a closet and a dresser. There is no dishwasher but lots of counter space in this well stocked home. Guest access Guests have access to our laundry, located in the enrtyway. The washer is top load and both washer and dryer are full size. There is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors, including a trail that follows the property's perimeter. Other things to note You may pick vegetables from our fenced box garden according to whats available. Just be careful not to damage the plants and remember to shut the gate to keep the woodchucks out! Be mindful of our Mennonite gardeners as they come to weed and mow at their convenience - no yard work is done on Saturdays or Sundays.
