Located between Carbis Bay and St Ives, the house is perfectly placed for exploring the coastline. Porthminster Beach is around a 15-minute walk, Carbis Bay can be reached via the South West Coast Path, and the centre of St Ives is roughly 20 minutes on foot, with beautiful harbour views along the way. *Living spaces* Step inside to a bright entrance hall filled with natural light from double-height Velux windows.
