Swanway family holiday home - 15 min walk to beach

Swanway is a family friendly home set in the backstreets of Culburra close to the shops, club and most importantly the beach. The home is large and open with plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and enjoy a wonderful time on the NSW south coast. Relax with a book in the lush back garden area or enjoy games for all ages. The large deck is equipped with a BBQ area and the kitchen is fully functional but if you don't want to cook, you are only five minutes walk to the club and cafes. The space The whole house and outdoor areas are available for your use. The property is fully fenced. Linen and towels are supplied and the laundry is fully equipped. A Tesla type 2 EV charger is available for use. Guest access Access is via Blackswan Way with parking for 2 cars. Additional street parking is available. The garage is not available to guests. Other things to note Air conditioning is in living area only. Bedrooms are equipped with pedestal fans. Let us know via message at least 1 week before check-in if you need these as they are only available if requested in advance: - the EV charger - the highchair/portacot. No parties, hen, stag allowed.
