Explore downtown Marblehead which is just minutes away or take a short drive to visit Port Clinton or Sandusky. Book your stay and make memories that will last a lifetime! The space This home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedroom #1 has two twin beds, Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom #3 (master bedroom) has a king bed. There is also a couch and an air mattress that could be used in the living room. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the en suite bathroom in the master bedroom has a double vanity and shower (with bench). The home has a one-car garage and a covered porch that overlooks the channel and Bay Point Marina. Guest access The entire home will be accessible during your stay with the exception of one of the two closets in the master bedroom. Other things to note This home is newly constructed and located within a brand new development, Waterview at Bay Point. Additional homes and infrastructure are still under construction within the development. You will likely see and hear construction on your drive to and from the home and during your stay. Once you reach the home itself, signs of construction are reduced. If you are hesitant to book because of this, please contact me and we can discuss this in further detail. $550 “Cleaning Fee” includes $150 to cover cleaning expense and $400 resort fee which allows access to Bay Point Resort and Marina. The $400 resort fee is required to rent this home, regardless of if the amenities of Bay Point are used or not.
