This 1970 ranch home is centrally located toward the edge of town, in a peaceful residential neighborhood, 1 block from lake Huron and 8 blocks from historic Newman St. The sunrise side offers something for everyone in any season and Debbie's Peaceful Place is in the center of it all! Drive or bike 4 1/2 miles to Tawas Point State Park or walk 8 blocks to the East Tawas dock to watch an incredible sunrise. Be sure to stop for shopping, great food, a movie or ice cream on your way home. Guest access You will have access to the entire home including the front and back yard except the following: ** 1 of the 2 master bedroom closets ** 1 of the 2 hallway closets ** The front portion of the garage These spaces are being used for cleaning supplies (guest cleaning supplies located above washer), lawnmower, etc.
