The equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower & washing machine and separate toilet makes the ground floor complete. The apartment gives you access to your very own private courtyard (20m²). On the open mezzanine floor you will find your comfortable king bed (180x200cm) and a sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed (105x195cm) in case you are traveling with a group of 3 people. Free Wi-Fi and other complimentary amenities such as coffee pads, tea, towels, shampoo & shower gel are at your disposal. Guest access Walking distance from the train station, or easy access via tram. The entire city centre of Antwerp is a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) to ensure that air in the city becomes cleaner. Check the city's website for more information. If traveling from abroad (except Netherlands) you also need to register your car in advance or within 24 hours after entering this zone (free of charge). There might be paid parking spots available on the streets around the apartment, but note that you can only park here up to 3 hours maximum. Therefor we recommend the following public car parks on walking distance; Q-Park Antwerpen Shopping Meir: Korte Klarenstraat 10, 2000 Antwerpen (this is the nearest one) Q-Park Handelsbeurs: Sint-Katelijnevest 55, 2000 Antwerpen Indigo Parking Groenplaats: Groenplaats 46, 2000 Antwerpen Interparking Meir (address: Eiermarkt 33/35) is also an option, but this one is not open 24 hours/day. Free parking options (Park & Ride) are available outside the city center, and can be found on the city's website. Unfortunately AirBnb does not allow to share weblinks here, so that's why I am unable to provide more information here ;) Other things to note Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, and in order to keep the neighbors happy, please don’t make any noise in the courtyard after 11pm. Smoking inside the building & apartment and outside on the courtyard is not permitted. Only the 1, 2 or 3 people that are registered in your reservation, are allowed inside the building and apartment/courtyard. This means that no invitees or pets are allowed.
