The space Outside Edge offers its guests a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a restful stay in a unique location, just a few meters from the saltmarshes and adjacent coast path that takes you onward to the sand dunes and sandy beaches that North Norfolk is famed for. There are few properties that can match this location for views and the convenient access that you have to this wild and natural coastline. The detached house has been designed to accommodate six guests comfortably in three bedrooms. With three separate washrooms, all guests are well-catered for. Upstairs, the living area is blessed with large windows, through which you can take in the panorama of the surrounding coastline. With the open plan nature of the space, all guests can relax in each others' company, while still enjoying their own pursuits. The garden offers a large area of lawn that children, dogs or sun bathers will find equally appealing. You also have the choice of two outside dining areas; one located in the grounds, the second on the raised decking with views of the coastline. Local highlights are numerous and you may even choose to leave the car parked at the house while you explore the coastal path to the east and the west. A great many local eateries can be found within a five-mile radius, including The White Horse at Brancaster, The Duck at Stanhoe, Socius and The Hoste Arms in Burnham Market and the Hero in Burnham Overy Staithe. For nature lovers, you can book a private cruise out to the nature reserve on Scolt Head Island or take a drive to Titchwell RSPB reserve. To the east, you also have Holkham Hall and the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that covers this fabulous stretch of coastline. A truly special part of the world! Additional Information: Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Travel cot, stair-gate and highchair available on request. The spiral stairs lead to a small seating area with two chairs. Bedding is synthetic. Please note: While there is a fence surrounding the garden, there are parts of the fence which are less secure for dogs. Master bedroom King-size bed with door to garden, complemented by an en-suite bathroom that has bath with shower over, WC and wash basin. Bedroom two With a king-size bed and ample storage. Bedroom three With twin single beds. Master bathroom With bath and mixer shower above, wash basin and WC. Utility room Washing machine, tumble dryer and Belfast sink. Shower room With shower, useful for guests that have just come from the beach. First Floor: Sitting room Two sofas and additional seating, open fire, large Smart television, french doors to the raised decking and outdoor dining. Open-plan kitchen and dining room Electric range cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave and full inventory of kitchenware. Dining table for six guests with views of the saltmarshes. Outside: Extensive, lawn with outdoor dining catered for by way of the two separate dining areas; on the raised decking and the garden patio area. Charcoal barbecue. Ample parking and direct access to the coastal path.
