House with beach access

Charming Mediterranean beachfront house with access to Pals beach and a community pool. The space This spacious beach house is spread over three floors. Downstairs, you'll find the living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet, and access to the private garden. On the second floor there are 2 double rooms with single beds and a master bathroom with shower, equipped with a washer/dryer. One of the double rooms has a small balcony where you can see the main street. There is also a suite with a double bed, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony overlooking the ocean. On the third and last floor you can enjoy a terrace with magnificent views of the Medes Islands to relax, sunbathe or read a book. The garden has outdoor furniture, two sun loungers, a barbecue, an electric awning and a hose. From the garden you can access the community pool and the main street. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The living-dining room has two large sofas for 6 people, a fireplace, Wi-Fi, television, board games and access to the private terrace-garden. The double rooms have two single beds, a dresser for storing clothes, and a fan. The master bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in closets, and a bathroom with a bathtub. It also has a terrace overlooking the ocean and a built-in ceiling fan. Guest access Located in Mas Pinell, with a wide beach without much flow of people and with a beach bar 300m from the house. There is a supermarket less than 6 km away in the direction of Torroella de Montgrí that offers all kinds of products necessary for the home. The community has a large pool with an outdoor shower. You can also access it from the beach. Other things to note The house has a weekly cleaning service, for stays longer than 1 week included in the price. Sheets, towels and general household cleaning are cleaned every week. The rooms are equipped with sheets, towels and beach towels. We have a crib and highchair available for babies.
