Enjoy the wonderful sunrises at this extremely private studio with its' own private entrance overlooking the ocean. There is a California King bed and two queen sized sofa beds as well as a TV with an extensive selection of DVDs as well as Netflix, HBO and Hulu. There is also WiFi. There is a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom as well as a lanai with a fabulous view. Included is the use of the 70 foot swimming pool and pavilion with barbecue and additional bathroom. The beginning of the pool starts off very shallow and gradually gets deeper. It is surrounded by natural rocks and a waterfall with three streams on one end. The pool is closed on Thursdays for cleaning and maintenence. We are 15-20 minutes north of Hilo Hawaii. Please note 'This is a primary residence'.
