This 20 m2 private space is fully equipped with independent access. A private terrace is available with 1 table for 2 people, 2 chairs and 1 parasol. Very Quiet Neighborhood. The space Cocooning living space including a comfortable BZ sofa bed (140 x 190), an equipped kitchenette (fridge, induction stove, coffee maker and microwave), a flat-screen TV, reversible air conditioning. The bed will be made when you arrive, all you have to do is put your bags down. Towels are provided as well as essentials (dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, soap...). Possibility of having a portable crib and high chair on request. Guest access Guests can park on the street right out front, free of charge.
