Beautiful Tropical Garden landscaping surrounds this adorable trio of Casitas. With Mature Palms and a garden of lush vegetation, this fully walled and gated property is just steps from the white sands of South Beach La Ventana. The space Trio of Casitas nestled together offer communal privacy. All three casitas are included in the price of the rental. Main Casita which has a Kitchen, Living Area, Dining Room and Full Bathroom. Outdoor seating area with BBQ and table create cozy space to get together. The Rooftop Patio on Main Casita is another gathering place with amazing ocean and garden views. Guest access Two of the separated casitas are private bedrooms both with private baths. A King bed in one Casita and this has an outdoor shower too! Another casita has a King Bed and Twin Bed - perfect for guests with a child. These bedroom casitas are just behind and off the Main Casita for maximum privacy. Step out your side gated entrance and you are less than a minute walk to the sandy beach. This property is so close to the water you'll fee like it is on the beach but its not quite "beachfront" being back from the shoreline by a block of waterfront homes, and located about 100 yards from the water's edge. Plenty of parking inside/outside the walled and gated compound for complete security. There is a fifth wheel trailer airbnb with palapa roof and cement patio on the property that is also available to rent or may be rented separately. The property is about half an acre of tropical garden paradise enclosed inside the wall, you will have private enjoyment of your space with little interaction with your neighbors if it happens to be booked as separate parties. Other things to note There is another casita and a fifth wheel trailer with palapa on the property that both may have guests staying. The parking area and gate is shared between casitas but the trailer has it's own gate and parking. The lot is very large and the potential to see others is low as these homes each have their own courtyards and private patios. Here, guests will have access to the north side three casitas, all painted terracotta in color. Use of outdoor seating area and outdoor shower in the courtyard within these casitas is guests space. Side entrance to the beach and the main drive with gate are shared areas and there is plenty of parking. Other guests may be staying in the white color casita and we ask that you are courteous and give them respect and privacy as they will do for you.
