House on Resarö near the water

Welcome to stay in this newly built house of 30 m2. It is located on Resarö near Vaxholm and is secluded. Private parking on the premises and 150 meters to the water. 2 associated patios where you can enjoy a meal or just smell the flowers. The house has an open living room with kitchen, separate bedroom with double bed and sleeping loft with double bed (ladder). Bathroom with washing machine and shower. A nice ICA store is just a 10 minute walk away Take the opportunity to go into Vaxholm and experience the archipelago idyll The space Living room with associated kitchen. Bedroom and sleeping loft, both with double bed (160 cm) You get up to the sleeping loft with a ladder. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. (detergent available) Two patios This house is not suitable for smaller children as there is a ladder up to the upper sleeping loft. Guest access You rent the entire guest house, so all associated parts are included. Since one of the beds is located in a loft with a ladder to get up, we do not think the accommodation is suitable for smaller children. Other things to note We have a small, furry dog that you will meet. We do not allow dogs or other pets to stay in the house. Our dog is allergy-friendly. Normally, we have garbage sorting here on the island, but we don't have room for it in the guest house. You throw the garbage in the two trash bins that are by the parking lot. There are no restaurants within walking distance. The closest restaurants are inside Vaxholm and you can get there by car or bus.
