Our kitchen features a dedicated counter faucet with filtered water, a double door large stainless steel fridge, with an ice-maker, and cold filtered water option, large electric stove top with oven, microwave, double sided toaster, blender and coffee maker for the best Costa Rican morning coffee on the deck! We have a large kitchen island with seating for four. The living room has a plush couch for reading, napping or just sitting around and socializing. The spaces most attractive feature is the large glass doors that allow you to enjoy a full view of the natural surroundings. Our property is fully fenced in, with parking for two vehicles, and a lovely outdoor shower to rinse off when you get back from the beach or from exploring. Located directly in the Playa Grande Estates neighborhood. We are central to about ten different restaurants, coffee shops & the main attraction, the SURF! Playa Grande has some of the most consistent, and best surf in the area. If you are not a surfer, no worries, plenty of swimming and beach going to be had!
