The space This air conditioned second floor suite has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, cabinet space, cooking pans, cooking utensils, china,cutlery, and dining table for 4; for cooking lovers! Talk about family time, this suite has a decently spaced living room with an armchair and couch with a flat screen cable t.v. for you to sit and enjoy your favorite shows with family! And what about resting after the long adventurous day? This suite boasts of 2 very spacious bedrooms: 1 Master bedroom with a king size bed, clothing storage furniture, writing desk and chair, private bath with hot/cold water and A/C. Guest bedroom with a Queen size bed, clothing storage furniture, safe box, writing desk and chair, private bath with hot/cold water and A/C. All you need to bring is your clothes and lots of energy to enjoy our Isla Bonita! Oh, and don't bother packing those big bottles of shampoo and conditioners! Each bath comes with shower dispensers for your use! Guest access This complex is fully fenced and gated. Guests are provided with digital code upon check in. The complex offers a sunset porch with relaxing armchairs for when you want to unwind. Our boutique complex consists of 8 suites, conveniently located to serve your every need while on vacation. This suite is perfect for a family getaway. No need to pack those big bottles of shampoo or conditioner! Each suite comes equipped with shower dispensers! A brand new refreshing pool and sun deck was completed in November 2017! Other things to note Check- In time: 3:00 p.m or flexible if unit is ready. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m or later if available. *No pets allowed* ** Tissue paper, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner only provided. *Any damages to property will be reported to Airbnb and security fee of US$300 will be charged* Hummingbird Suites is located right along the Sea Grape Drive. It is right after S.P. Hardware and Caribbean Villas, but before Banyan Bay. It might be easier to tell the taxi driver to take you to Hummingbird Furnishings(Furniture Showroom) right in front of Julia Garden. Cleaning: This is your home away from home. All units are equipped with cleaning utensils & supplies for guests to keep their unit clean. Your cleaning fee paid covers the deep cleaning at the end of your stay. We provide clean set of bed & bath linen once a week for long term stays. There is a small fee for refresher cleaning: US $ 30.00 * Bottle purified water is available for $5.00 USD per 5 gallon bottle. Laundry service: our washer & dryer are available from 5:00-8:00 PM for a fee of $5.00 US per load if you provide your detergent or $8.00 US if you use ours.
