Description
Relax in this brand new, beautiful and quiet space in the heart of nature - surrounded by deciduous trees, fields and forests. The house is located right next to Bohusleden, Fontin's nature reserve (the mile trail), Trankärrsslingan, Marieberg's nature reserve and Göta Älv, with cycling distance to both Kungälv and Bohus Fortress and with Gothenburg, Marstrand, Svartedalen's nature reserve a bus ride away. Enjoy many hiking and biking trails, walk around Gamla Kungälv's amazingly cozy neighborhood with cafés and shops. The space The apartment of 65 m2 is fairly newly built and is very beautifully nestled among deciduous forests and overlooking sloping fields, forests and Bohusleden. The property has an attractive and open floor plan in a traditional style with a modern touch. Large light intake, open up to ridge, beautiful oak floors, beadboard walls and ceilings. The bright colors, adjustable lighting (spotlights) and antique furniture, lamps and paintings contribute to a lovely atmosphere. Hall, bedroom (with high comfortable continental bed and padded headboard (180 cm), living room with kitchen, large dining table and TV corner, reading corner, desk with view. In the living room there is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people (140 cm), and a pull-out bed (Hemnes IKEA) that sleeps another 2 people (160 cm). Cozy tiled bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, soda streamer and all other utensils needed. Tea and powdered coffee, salt/pepper/cooking oil, dishwashing liquid and cleaning agents are at your disposal. Outside the apartment there is a large veranda with plenty of room for cozy socializing. Table with four chairs (plus an extra chair), parasol, and two sun loungers for lovely moments with your favorite book. There's also a gas grill with a gas bottle, ready for use! If you want to rent bikes, let us know! We have a men's bike, a women's bike, a city bike (slightly thicker wheels and no package holder) for women/teenagers and sometimes two more teenage bikes available. Can be rented for SEK 75 per day and per bike and paid in cash or via Swish. This is the place for those who love to live in the middle of nature - with direct access to nature reserves with lots of walking paths/trails and beautiful roads for cycling - but still only a few kilometers outside Kungälv. Guest access Guests have access to the upper floor of the cottage building (with its own entrance directly from its own patio). Other things to note You get a 10% discount on weekly rentals and a full 38% discount on monthly rentals. The discount is automatically deducted when you enter your dates, so the price you see when you book is the "final" price. 8 minutes by car to Kongahälla Center (Shopping center in central Kungälv). 17 minutes by car to Romesjön (swimming area, lake). 21 minutes by car to Lökeberg (swimming area, sea swimming). 30 minutes by car to Marstrand/Carlstens Fortress (summer and sailing paradise). 22 minutes by car to Nordstan/Gothenburg (shopping central Gothenburg). 5 minutes by car to free commuter parking Eriksdal/Kungälv (where express bus to Gothenburg departs every 10-20 minutes). Example: Time from Express Bus Eriksdal to: Liseberg (Korsvägen): 28 minutes Nordstan: 19 minutes Local bus is about 2 km from the property. The bus goes into central Kungälv and the travel center (for further travel into e.g. Gothenburg, west towards Marstrand or north to Stenungsund). A short bike path away is Marieberg's cozy farm shop and beautiful horse pastures and huge hills of white anemones. In April, visitors make a pilgrimage to Blåsippebacken, about 15 minutes' walk into Bohusleden. The Trankärrsslingan, which runs right next to the accommodation, is a simple and very beautiful hiking alternative through pastures, forests and fields. The picnic basket is a must! Approximately 800 meters walk into the city is the picturesque Trankärrsgården, which sometimes invites you to lunches and dinners and also Christmas buffets and the like. You live right along Fontin's nature reserve and the mile trail. Fontin's beech forests and white ski slopes you don't want to miss! Choose to walk around Svarte mosse (small lake with café and a variety of barbecue places), 2.5, 5 or the mile trail.
