Get away from it all and forget your worries in our beautiful hidden country house in the heart of the Peak District. Enjoy cooking on the Aga Rayburn in the country kitchen & share a meal in the comfortable dining room. Spend time in your own private walled garden or snuggle in front of the log burner in a squidgy sofa. Spacious and serene The Hideway is perfect for larger family get-togethers or groups of friends here to enjoy everything that the Peak Park has to offer. The space The hideaway is a period house dating back over 200 years. The rooms are decorated in country house style but with a modern twist. There are loads of quirky features but also the modern conveniences you'd expect. Cool in summer and cosy in winter the Hideaway is the perfect place to spend lazy days or to use as a base for adventures in the Peak District. Guest access The Hideaway is a separate annex with its own parking for up to three vehicles and a lockable outbuilding suitable to securely store bikes. Guests have a separate private entrance and also a large private walled garden. The entrance driveway is shared with the host who lives in the adjoining property. There are steps outside and within the property so not suitable for anyone who struggles with steps. Other things to note For visitors with kids, there is a large playing field for games and a play park with zip line swings etc.
