Local convenient stores within blocks. Main highway is about 3 blocks away. Rooftop is shared among 3 other studios in same building. The space This studio is located on the second floor together with two other studios. We also have a one bedroom apartment on the first floor. You can find them all under our profile. We have our own underground water reservoir so running out of water is never an issue for us, unlike the rest of the town and nearby towns . The main highway is about 3 block away. Take a right on that main highway and you are on you way to La Manzanilla (5 mins away), Punta de Mita, Litibu Beach, Sayulita, all within a 30km radius. Both Punta de Mita and Sayulita are 18km (11 miles away). Taking a left on the highway will take you to Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta. Explore near by towns such as San Pancho, Lo de Marcos, and Guayabitos. The Marina at Cruz de Huanacaxtle is a beautiful place to visit. Its a 15 min walk, and you will find great restaurants. Take a tour from the Marina to Marietas Island, whale and dolphin watching, practice snorkeling, and fishing. Guest access Terrace is shared only among guests.
