It's a true haven of nature, relaxation, and privacy, with generally sunny weather and privileged access to a semi-private beach. 🏡 The house is rented as a whole for you, regardless of the number of guests. Enjoy it as a couple, with family, or with friends. 🌊⛵️🏄‍♀️ If you wish, you can rent boats, jet skis, or paddleboards in the town of Adra (subject to availability depending on the season). The space 🏠 THE INTERIOR -> the first floor is intended for sleeping area, with a bathroom, a small extra kitchen, spacious living room and porch with excellent views that will make you feel like sailing 🌊⛴️. In addition, there is an extra room in the attic with a dream terrace. 🌅 And if you want to experience real sailing, the village offers boat rentals, jet skis, paddleboards... Feel free to ask us! 🌊🛥️🏄‍♀️ 🏡 🏊‍♀️ The ground floor is an open space with a wonderful fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden and pool, a large living room with TV, bathroom and the best bedroom in the house with two windows overlooking the sea. 👫👭The house is equipped with toys for children, board and card games for children and adults and an electronic dartboard. 🧸🎲🎯 👁️‍🗨️ If there are 9 of you traveling, beware! The top bunk cannot support the weight of an adult, but we can lower the mattress if you wish. 🌲🏖️☀️ OUTDOORS -> There are large terraces and garden, a small private swimming pool facing the immense sea, sunbeds, Balinese beds and a basketball hoop 🏀 and barbecue! 🔥 🚘 We also have private parking for 4 vehicles. The measurements of the car access door are 2.19 metres wide x 2.33 metres high. Things to consider when renting a vehicle 👈 🍉🍒🥂🍫 WELCOME! -> As a courtesy, we leave fruit, wine or cava and some sweets for your arrival 💓. Guest access They can have access to the entire villa, both inside and outside. They will also have the key that opens the access door to the beach on which it is located. Other things to note The nearest village is Guainos, which has several bars. In addition, the location of the house allows guests to visit some points of interest of the Andalusian environment: it is recommended to visit the famous beach of La Rijana in Gualchos, just 30 km away (in pictures), Granada is an hour away, also its coastal towns of Almuñécar or Nerja (famous for its caves) and the beaches of Cabo de Gata and the airport of Almeria is 45 minutes away. Malaga is an hour and a half away. For hiking enthusiasts there are nature walks in the Alpujarra of Granada and "las estrechuras de Guainos" a well known route in the same village.
