Quick getaway in San Marcos

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place near Texas state university and the San Marcos river The space Shared humble residence. One bedroom available. One room has 1 queen bed. 1 full bathroom that is in between the two bedrooms. All of this is on the second floor of my two story house on the right side upstairs. The tv is in the living room upstairs. The living room upstairs that has a tv, microwave, and mini fridge. There is a pool table you are welcome to use. I have one cat named Mikey that is outside during your stay. He does try and race you to the door to get inside just fyi. It is ok to tell him to stay outside during your visit. I do have two dogs that stay downstairs. They are friendly and like to sleep in our bedroom downstairs or go outside to bask in the sun. There is a doggy gate to prevent them from going upstairs.
