The Squirrel House – Bruniquel

We will be delighted to host you in this beautiful 18th century stone house, completely renovated, located at the top of the beautiful medieval village of Bruniquel, a few steps from the castles. The house will be entirely and only for you. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room (kitchen, dining room, living room). You will be seduced by the calm and serenity of the place and have a pleasant stay. The space We fell in love with the village of Bruniquel and this house. We completely renovated and furnished it for a year to make it welcoming and warm. The property has Fiber with Wi-Fi access. The accommodation consists of: On the ground floor: - a living room with HD TV, a 3-seat sofa, 2 armchairs and a storage cabinet; - a fully equipped kitchen dining room (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 3-burner induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...), a table and 6 chairs, an armchair, a beautiful decorative fireplace with 14th century sculptures; - bedroom 1 with a 200 x 160 cm bed, storage cabinet, bathroom with a 90 x 90 cm shower, toilet and vanity top. On the 1st floor: - bedroom 2 with a 200 x 160 cm bed, a dresser and a canopy with blackout curtains; - bedroom 3 with two 200 x 90 cm beds, a dresser and a canopy with blackout curtains; - bathroom with large 100 x 100 cm shower, toilet and vanity. During your stay at our house, you can enjoy nearby: - nature and outdoor activities (walking and hiking, mountain biking, climbing, canoeing, via ferrata, horseback riding...) - historical and cultural visits: Bruniquel castles, the many bastides of the region, Puycelsi, Penne, Saint-Antonin Noble Val, Albi, Cahors, Montauban, Toulouse... - the gastronomy of the region: taste market, cellars and vineyards (Coteaux du Quercy, Gaillac, Cahors...)... Guest access Access to the accommodation can be done independently with the key box. Depending on your arrival time, we look forward to hosting you. Check-in time: from 4pm Checkout time: no later than 11 a.m. When you book, we'll send you all the practical information for accessing the village and the accommodation. Free parking is available near the accommodation. Other things to note The accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Vaping and smoking are strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Parties are strictly forbidden. No pets are allowed. The fireplace is not functional.
