Our place is a 4,000sqm private beachfront property located in Botolan, Zambales with easy access to the beach and a perfect view of the sunrise and sunset. We offer the exclusive use of the whole resort with 4 Poolside Rooms and Open air deck beds on the second floor. We also have several amenities such as: absolute beachfront access 144sqm open air dining and viewing deck 50sqm swimming pool beach volleyball 3v3 basketball ring tennis court fully equiped kitchen beach front gazebo bonfire area grilling and outdoor cooking area wood fire brick oven kayak paddle board bicycles Please be guided with the following details: Check in: 2:00 PM Check out: 11:00 AM Capacity : 16pax max, children 3yo and above included in count. All rooms are Fully Airconditioned Fully Equipped Kitchen Hot & cold water dispensers (kitchen and dining hall) Outdoor Showers All rooms have a toilet and bath Poolside rooms have 2 showers (1 indoor and 1 open air) up to 6 car parking garage with outdoor comfort room Pets allowed with corresponding pet fees. Additional Rooms (new rates) Cabin for 8-10 persons, 12,000/night Family Room 4-6 persons, 7,000/night Guest access Guests can access the Poolside Roooms, Deck, Kitchen, Beachside Gazebo, Pool Area and Dining hall. Main house is not part of this booking and is inaccessible to guests. Cabin, Kubo Room and Garden Gazebo is also available for rent. Tennis court access 3hrs free. Use of tennis court after 5pm will incur fees for lighting usage. Other things to note Main house is not included in this booking. Maximum of 16 guests and 2 kids below 3 years of age are free.
