The space It has 2 spacious bedrooms with a dressing room and one of them with an en-suite bathroom; a living-dining room with a space for work and a futon/bed; two spacious bathrooms, laundry and a small patio with a barbecue, armchairs and mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide variety of utensils and pots for those who like to cook. The condominium has security, concierge service, security cameras and a playground for the little ones. Other things to note The accommodation is located on the circuit that connects with the Divisadero Largo Nature Reserve and 5 minutes from it is the entrance to a trekking and mountain bike circuit, Cerro Arco, for those who like full contact with nature. There are several nearby businesses to cover all needs and requirements. Regarding hygiene and cleanliness, I disinfect all surfaces (including knobs, remote controls, etc.) with a quaternary ammonium-based disinfectant; rooms are cleaned following a strict checklist; common areas such as armchairs are disinfected with lysoform; I provide additional cleaning products and tools in case you need to clean during your stay.
