Equipped and elegant bathroom, furnished with unique pieces revisited such as the sink made from a toilet with a marble top from the early 1900s with a mirror with decorations, a special feature is the courtesy light with the appearance of a parrot and made to my design with 3D printers in luminescent material. The bathroom fixtures are placed in a grotto illuminated with LED strips that make it a relaxing environment. The niche shower will surprise you with its shell shape. You will also find a 30 cm deep bookcase and a full-height mirror cabinet where you can store your belongings. A 13L mini washing machine is available in the apartment. Thanks to the recent renovation, the environment is very cool in summer and warm in winter and is equipped with infrared heaters and a fan that cools the room if necessary. Outside the door you will find a separate collection system, we will take care of the disposal. Guest access The apartment is accessed from a common hallway, you may meet me and my family, but if requested it can be given for exclusive use with a surcharge to be paid separately.
