The building is a combination of hotel rooms and serviced apartment. Each floor access is controlled by key card for best security. On the rooftop we have shared common place for Stay's tenants: BBQ pits, outdoor dining tables, laundry area, big kitchen. Stay Studio locates on a quiet street just a corner away from Central area of District 2 where you can easily find restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers. - Rooftop area is available to organize small party or some friends gathering but if the group is more than 4 people, you will need to make a reservation in advance. - The building is pet-friendly place. Guest access We have a 24-hour front-desk, no curfew. No limited hour of check-in and check-out, please notify us 24 hours in advance if you require check-in/ check-out before 8:00 or after 21:00 Other things to note -We require to take pictures or make a copy of your passport at check-in. -We have a place downstair to throw garbage, please ask our front desk for its location. - Quite time is 22:00 – 8:00. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you violate this rule more than 3 times.
