SPACIOUS SUITES: The property offers four spacious suites on the second floor, providing a luxurious and private retreat for guests. The master suite is 100 m2 with private terrace, solarium, sitting area, work area, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with rain shower overlooking the terrace. The green suite and golden suite are 40 m2 with sitting area, work area, closet, en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace with solarium overlooking the garden. The rose suite is 40 m2 and has work area, closet and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and garden views. And the fifth suite is on the first floor, located near the pool and adorned with white marble walls, being perfect for children and young adults. There is also an extra single bedroom with bathroom on the first floor. RELAXING SOCIAL AREA. The main entrance with wooden door of the eighteenth century gives access to the main floor with oak wood floor and wonderful mosaics (replicas of the Bardo museum), a living room with Italian marble walls and stucco, Roman-inspired dining room with incredible mosaic, Carrara marble kitchen and terracotta floor. Through the dining room we access 2 living rooms with TV area and bookcase with wooden and glass ceilings, an interior garden, a red marble bathroom fitted out as a massage area, a summer kitchen with dining area, a large living and games area, a bedroom in the basement with en suite bathroom and an indoor heated pool with waterfall, counter-current swimming and access from the garden and outdoor bathroom. Next to the pool is a porch and a picnic area set among grape vines. Guest access 24/7 CONSERGE: A 24/7 concierge service is available to assist you during your stay at the villa. You can contact him in person at the concierge's house or by phone. TRANSFERS, Chauffeured transport from the airport to the villa is free of charge for up to 7 people in 1 car. Other things to note POOL: The pool water is heated from June 1st to October 1st to 28°C. Outside of this period, heating is available at an extra cost of €1,000/week, except in May and October, when the price is €500/week. This additional service must be paid at least one week before arrival. HIGH-SPEED INTERNET: Each suite has a work area with a desk. High speed 1 Gigabyte wireless WiFi is available, with 2 independent routers each of 1 Gigabyte, and several repeaters, covering the house, pool and garden. PROFESSIONAL CLEANING: The villa is thoroughly cleaned by experts, giving you the peace of mind of knowing that your living space is 100% safe and hygienic. The house is disinfected between each stay. We use ultraviolet rays and ozone devices to disinfect the rooms.
