Giosy's House is an elegant one-bedroom apartment with garden located in Ferrania, at the foot of the Adelasia Nature Park and not far from the beautiful beaches of the coast (Savona can be reached in about fifteen minutes by car) and not far from the Langhe and Lower Piedmont; lands of noble vineyards and truffles. Other things to note It therefore represents an excellent solution precisely because of the strategic location so appreciated by our guests, not only to enjoy the tranquility of nature, hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding (in the nearby riding school) but, above all, to bathe in the nearby beaches, returning then to the cool evening. Given the short distance from the ports, our house is also popular with cruise passengers who stay here before embarking on ships from “Costa Cruises” (port of Savona) and Corsica Ferries (port of Vado Ligure) or at the end of their journey. Description: the 'independent entrance, immediately accesses the large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom, wardrobe and equipped garden also equipped with laundry area. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the dining room (which also cools the bedroom), satellite TV, covered parking for cars and bicycles, linens, toiletries, and tourist tax. Curiosity of the village: Ferrania gave its name to the “movie films” on which masterpieces such as 'La Ciociara,' starring Sophia Loren, have been imprinted. The history of cinema is told in detail in the “Cinema Museum of Cairo Montenotte”. Our guests will have access to an indoor space of approximately 75 square meters (plus the garden area).
