Country cottage 40 minutes from Chambord and the Châteaux

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city with this new-build barn apartment, located in the Loire Valley. Situated in the countryside, you’ll love this apartment for its location seconds away from hiking and biking trails. It’s 5 minutes by car from Vendome city, 15 minutes from the TGV station, and less than 1 hour from Blois, Tours, Chambord, Chenonceau, Cheverny, Amboise. We speak French, English, and Italian and will be at your disposition during your stay. The space In our barn apartment, you’ll find everything you need to have a pleasant stay. In the salon, you’ll find the main living space with bed, organic bed linens (washed with hypoallergenic washing liquid), TV, wifi, chairs, and a small teleworking space, all while having multiple windows with a view into nature or a country courtyard. The adjacent bathroom has Linvosges linens, Organic Scottish Highland’s liquid soap and lotion, towel warmer, and walk-in Italian shower for up to two visitors. In the main salon, you’ll find a number of pamphlets and travel guides from the region to help plan your outings. We have also provided a list of local restaurants and helpful information so your stay goes as smoothly as possible. In the kitchen, you’ll find a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, stove with hood, and ample storage for cooking during your stay. The cabinets are already stocked with new kitchenware and cutlery (see photos), cookbooks, several pots and pans, mixing bowl, cooking spoons, French press, vegetable peeler, kitchen knives, pasta drainer, paper towels, and Linvosges kitchen linens. We have also provided a selection of organic teas and coffee, organic sugar for your coffee, organic olive oil and vinegar, and salt and pepper. As eco-sustainability is important to us, we have chosen to provide a French press in place of a disposable-pod coffee machine. If you are staying long-term, know that we would be happy to provide you with a personal compost bin during your stay. Guest access You will have complete and private access to this barn apartment with private front entrance and a view of the farm courtyard behind.
