The space The house of 97 sq.m. on a plot of 700 sq.m. with a garden, has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower in the large room, an extra bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine). The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan and 32" TV. The large room has a double bed, while the other bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined. The open layout of the single kitchen and living room has a dining table for 6 people, air conditioning (24,000btu), ceiling fan, 50" Smart 4K TV with NETFLIX and sofa bed (for two people). There is a work desk overlooking the Rock of Monemvasia. The large terrace, with a dining table for 6 people, is the perfect place to enjoy your lunch under the awning, a romantic dinner at sunset or just enjoy the beautiful view of the rock.
