The space Sea views are enjoyed from the front patio areas, living room 1, dining room, master bedroom and second bedroom. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean and uninterrupted sea views from the front rooms. Sandcastles sleeps up to ten guests in four bedrooms. It has three bathrooms, three toilets, and 2 baths in total. All bedroom 1, 2, and 4 feature queen size beds. Bedrooms 3 features a double double with a single bunk. Bedroom 2 and 4 have an additionla single bed in addition to the queen bed in each. An additional bed is provided to suit various sleeping arrangements, however the property is strictly limited to 10 guests. The master bedroom includes walk in robe and ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower, and bath. The property has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, two lounge areas with large flat screen televisions, and a stereo system with Bluetooth connectivity. A large 3 door drinks fridge is provided in addition to the kitchen fridge to keep your drinks cold and kitchen fridge free for food. A high speed NBN internet connection is provided with WiFi and allows streaming of your favourite services on the living room TVs. An office space is included in the second living area with a sit stand electric desk, office chair, and monitor provided for guests use. Desk is situated close to kitchen and sea views and backyard can be seen from this area. Sandcastles includes a large enclosed grassed area in the secure rear yard. Quilts, quilt covers & pillows (without pillowcases) are provided with extra blankets & pillows available in bedroom 1 WIR. Guests must bring own bedding including bottom & top sheets, pillowcases, towels (bath & beach), and tea towels. Linen is available for hire on request for an additional fee of $20 per person for the duration of stay. Linen hire includes fitted sheet sets, bath / hand towels & tea towels. The additional charge for linen is requested separately to the booking fee via Airbnb resolutions and will be requested after the booking is made and must be made prior to arrival.
