Dwnan - Abersoch

Dwnan is a spacious property in central Abersoch with immaculate gardens and some of the best sea views the Abersoch has to offer. The space Kitchen/Diner Dwnan has an open plan kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has a traditional country feel with a cozy traditional Aga. For those not confident to cook with an Aga, there is a double electric oven. A large fridge/freezer allows for plenty of storage during your stay. There is a dishwasher- because no one wants to wash up on holiday! A dining table seating four is perfect for informal breakfasts with the patio doors open onto the balcony. Balcony The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset on the seas horizon with a glass of something in hand. There is a table seating eight. Steps down into Dwnan's immaculate garden. The balcony is on an elevated position so please do not sit on the walls of the balcony. Utility There is a washer/drier in a cupboard in the hallway. Lounge Bay windows flood the lounge with light and give some of the best views that Abersoch has to offer. Relax into a brand new cream leather sofa, that's big enough for all the family and take in views of Dwnan's immaculate gardens and sea views across to St Tudwal's Island. There is a smart TV, but with views like these, we can't see you needing it! Dining Room Between the living room and snug is a formal dining area, seating six-eight guests. Snug Snuggle into the new brown leather double sofa or single brown leather chair in front of the cozy gas fire. There is a smart TV for entertainment, a wide choice of books and a vast choice of board games. Downstairs Bathroom The downstairs bathroom consists of W/C and a hand basin. Master Bedroom Getting out of bed is going to be difficult with views like these, the wall to wall window floods the bedroom with natural light whilst providing incredible sea views. The master bed is a king sized bed, there are built in wardrobes for plenty of storage, two bedside tables, two chest of drawers and vanity area. En-Suite Bathroom The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a W/C, hand basin and walk in shower. Bedroom 2 Bedroom two is a super-king bed with two bedside tables and a built in closest for storage. There is an occasional chair to relax in to. Views over Abersoch High Street. Bathroom A family bathroom consists of W/C, hand basin, bath with over head electric shower. Bedroom 3 Bedroom three is another king sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Two chest of drawers and one bedside table provide storage. Bedroom three also has spectacular sea views. En-Suite Bedroom three has an en-suite bathroom which consists of W/C and a bath tub. Bedroom 4 Bedroom four is a bunk bed room with vanity area and double wardrobe for storage. Views over Abersoch High Street. Garden The gardens of Dwnan are spacious and immaculate. There is plenty of space to play and there is a goal post for budding footballers. There is a seating area on the patio for the spectators. The garden is not fully enclosed and can be accessed via the right hand side of the house. Parking Dwnan has a shared court yard with the property to the right. Dwnan have plenty of space to the left for three to four cars to spaciously park.
