4-bedroom home -3 bedrooms in the main home plus the sleepout with its own bathroom facilities. Main has 2-bedrooms with King beds, and the 3rd has 2 single beds, with a spare mattress should you need it. The sleepout has bunks, a double down and single up. Max 8 adults. The home has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, which opens onto a deck where you find an outdoor table and chairs under a shade sail, and a BBQ. Fully fenced with plenty of grassed area for children to play Other things to note The number pf people staying changes through the seasons, long weekends and events.
