Western facing rustic yet modern classic log cottage on 2.5+/- acres & 400+/- waterfront on pristine Long Pond! 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, well-maintained bright cottage, new kitchen & bathrooms, dining area, living room w/fieldstone chimney, glassed-in porch, flat panel radiators, wood floors w/expansive views! Deck at water's edge, 2 docks, swim float, 2 kayaks. Close to Augusta, Waterville, Colby College, Kennebec Highlands, Belgrade 7 Lakes. July & Aug. 7 night minimum w Saturday to Saturday. The space New kitchen, heating system and renovated bathrooms. 4 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 1 double bed and 3 twin beds. 2 full bathrooms. Lakeside with magnificent views and easy access to water. Classic Maine style house. 2 kayaks for guest use.1 SUP board Guest access Top Floor only. Basement not accessible by guests. Other things to note Very clean and well maintained. We do spray for bugs during the summer but because the house is located in the Maine woods, there might be an occasional fly, spider, ladybug or wasp.
