Celebrate your time off in our happy, family-friendly home. This four-bedroom single-story house boasts an AMAZING kitchen, an expansive pet-friendly backyard, a refreshing swimming pool, and beautifully decorated living room and bedroom spaces. The water pressure in both of the home's walk-in showers will blow your mind and everyone will want to try out the remote-controlled bidet in the Master Bathroom. We look forward to hosting you and yours! You will have access to the entire home, garage, backyard, swimming pool, and hillside. There are two storage sheds and multiple garage cabinets that will not be accessible to guests as well as a supply closet in the Master Bedroom. Our family lives locally and is happy to assist you day or night. You can expect a quick response from myself or one of my friendly associates (i.e. family and friends) who are familiar with the property and trained to assist guests if I am out of town. Back-up contact information can also be found in the home’s “Welcome Book” which you will find upon arrival. Lovely family-oriented neighborhood with nearby parks and hiking trails. The driveway will accommodate two cars and there is usually plenty of parking in front of the home as well. The swimming pool is older which is great because it has a deep, deep end with a super fun diving board that can be hard to come by these days. However, due to its age and condition, you can expect some chipped tiles and a few rougher patches in the plaster bottom at the shallow end. In general, the pool is clean, well-maintained and…….so much fun for the family! *Use of the pool heater is available upon request for an additional fee.
