We look forward to hosting you and yours! The space A Happy Home is a one-story, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom family-friendly home with a comfortable and inviting open floor plan. The backyard is expansive and the pool is perfect for making summer memories with friends and family. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, garage, backyard, swimming pool, and hillside. There are two storage sheds and multiple garage cabinets that will not be accessible to guests as well as a supply closet in the Master Bedroom. Other things to note The swimming pool is older which is great because it has a deep, deep end with a super fun diving board that can be hard to come by these days. However, due to its age and condition, you can expect some chipped tiles and a few rougher patches in the plaster bottom at the shallow end. In general, the pool is clean, well-maintained and…….so much fun for the family! *Use of the pool heater is available upon request for an additional fee. *Please be aware that the spa jets are not operational at this time.
