The space This residence boasts a spacious living room, complete with a 55-inch Roku TV and a fully equipped kitchen, featuring essential appliances including a blender, toaster, and cookware. A coffee bar is provided, offering a 12-cup coffee maker, single-serve option, sugar, creamers, and coffee pods. The laundry room, conveniently located in the garage, is stocked with guest laundry detergent. The three well-appointed bedrooms include a master suite with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and dual closets. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds and ample closet space. All beds feature hybrid memory foam mattresses, ensuring ultimate comfort and a restful night's sleep. The outdoor area showcases a covered patio, rockers, and grill, all set within a fully fenced backyard, with access to the garage. We provide a selection of bathroom essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. The kitchen is stocked with essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, paper towels, and a few cleaning supplies. While these provisions are intended to get you started, you may need to purchase additional items during your stay. Guest access Guest have access to the full house except owners closet. Other things to note **If your stay includes Wednesday, please take the trash to the curb for Thursday pickup. I have a calendar in the kitchen and I will also send you a friendly reminder. •No smoking or illegal substances. There will charge a $250 fine for smoking at the house or smell of smoke in the house. •Due to the availability of travel insurance, we do not offer refunds or discounts in the event of inclement weather, reasons related to health, or any personal need to cancel the booking. There is no refund for appliance failure, utility failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
