Historic home restored to it's full grandeur. It's original adobe structure & distinct architectural style, prevalent in the region when it was built in 1913 provides a true West TX experience. Updated bathrooms include walk-in showers. Modern kitchen includes commercial gas stove w/two ovens & air fryer and more; Washer/Dryer, Smart TV/Roku, games, fenced backyard. 2 blocks from Holland Hotel, Railroad Blues, & art walk; 25 mins to Marfa & Ft.Davis. Request 2/1 next door for larger groups. The space Master and Front Bedroom have hotel grade king beds and linens. Seriously comfy. House is a great retreat and enjoy coffee on the front porch or back court seating. Because of thick stucco walls, home is incredibly insulated and private for conversations from room to room. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics plus more. There's a coffee maker, electric tea kettle, coffee grinder, toaster oven, microwave, air fryer, crockpot and large charcoal grill on the patio. New full sized washer and dryer. Dining seating for 6 and can be expanded to 8 if needed and more than one area to tuck away and read a great book. There are board games, a Roku TV in living room and fire pit and seating outside. Note there are no TV's in bedrooms Guest access Entire Home Other things to note We ask that your dog stay off furniture, as many guests can be allergic. Cats are not allowed. No Smoking inside but fine on front or back porches. PLEASE do not flush anything down toilets other than toilet paper and if you use a lot, flush along the way and please do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink; there is not garbage disposal so all scraps need to go in trash.
