Our house is waiting for you! 🤗 🏡 1 to 12 people 🐕 Dogs allowed at no extra charge 🌿 500 m2 enclosed garden 🥓 BBQ 🏡 La Petite Verte is our family home, a place where we love to meet with family or friends to share, celebrate and also rest. 😍 Its greatest wealth is its history since 1810… The kitchen was the village canteen in the 19th century, and around 1930 the living room animated the village since it was the bar. The entrance hall was a bicycle sales and repair shop. For several decades it has been transformed into a residential house where it welcomes the memories, joys and laughter of its occupants. We want our house to live all year round, not just a few weeks and weekends a year. That's why we're opening the doors to our nest where we hope you'll feel as good as we do. The house is located in Videix, a small village in Périgord-Limousin. Quiet and close to everything. 🅿 Easy access and possibility to park several vehicles in front of the house and garden side. The little green one consists of 6 bedrooms - 3 bedrooms upstairs: beds 160 × 200 - 1 bedroom on the ground floor: 160 × 200 bed - 1 bedroom upstairs: 1 bunk bed with 2 beds: 90 × 200 for the 2 mattresses (max load 100 kg for the top bed) + 1 convertible armchair 90×200 - 1 mezzanine bedroom above the kitchen: 160 × 200 bed + 1 extra bed 120 × 180 (small sofa bed) You can relax in the living room near the wood-burning stove while listening to your music on the Bluetooth Hi-Fi channel. There is also a 30 m² kitchen, a real living space, where you will find all the necessary kitchenware, oven and microwave, gas hob, large fridge with freezer compartment and 🍽 a dishwasher! 🥳 The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet and an area with a washing machine. 🚿 A second bathroom with toilet is upstairs. The 500 m2 garden awaits you with a large outdoor table for 14 people, garden furniture and a 🥓 barbecue. You can enjoy the calm of this village without outside noise. No smoking allowed. Sheets, towels not provided. Pillows and duvets provided. 🚲🚶 Marked walking trails are around and from the cottage for hiking and cycling enthusiasts.
